Website refers to all online information found on Donahue Publishing's website pages.
Customer," "You," or "Yours refers to you and/or any individual placing an order on your behalf with Donahue Publishing.
Company," "We," or "Our refers to Donahue Publishing.
Product refers to all services and goods offered by Donahue Publishing to the Customer in accordance with their Order.
Order refers to a request placed by the Customer, either by telephone, email, or web form, to acquire services or products from Donahue Publishing.
Donahue Publishing provides a range of services, including book writing, editing, publishing, marketing, and authorized SMS communication services related to publishing updates, promotions, and customer support.
Depending on the service package selected, revisions may be included. Customers are entitled to unlimited free revisions provided the changes are consistent with the original order details.
If new or altered requirements are introduced, additional fees may apply.
A 100% refund is available if no work has commenced.
If the project is canceled within the first 24 hours after work has started, a partial refund may be issued.
After the delivery of any project milestone or revision, refund requests are no longer eligible but may be discussed with your project manager.
Errors during the requirement analysis phase may qualify for a refund after offering revisions and team reassignment (up to three times).
Standard turnaround time is 10–15 business days per deliverable. If three consecutive delivery deadlines are missed without client fault, a refund will be considered.

Refunds must be requested before final project delivery and sign-off.
Minor issues such as grammatical errors, slight delays, or formatting preferences will not qualify for full refunds.
By placing an order, you confirm that you possess all necessary rights and licenses to use the content you submit. Donahue Publishing is not responsible for any unauthorized use or infringement by the Customer.
All client information is treated as confidential. Donahue Publishing will not disclose any project-related information to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
By providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive SMS communications from Donahue Publishing, including order updates, support notifications, and marketing promotions related to our services.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You may opt-out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS received. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our support team.
We will not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to any third parties for marketing purposes. Clear consent is collected before sending any promotional SMS communications. Opt-out instructions are included in every SMS sent.
SMS will not be used for prohibited categories such as debt relief, political campaigning, gambling, controlled substances, or any other activity restricted by RingCentral's SMS compliance policies.
Customers may not misuse SMS services for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive practices.
Donahue Publishing is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our services, including SMS communications. We make no guarantees regarding outcomes or the performance of third-party platforms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in the State of New York.
Donahue Publishing reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
